Career Opportunities: Analyst, Payroll (48097)

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Payroll Team Leader and Payroll Services team to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of payroll operations. You will contribute to the timely payment of employees and statutory bodies, while ensuring all processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal audit standards.
We’re offering two positions on a 12-months max term.
This is a max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll Do
• Support Payroll Team leader and Payroll Services team in the day-to-day operations,
• Support the team to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees and statutory bodies.
• Ensure compliance of all processes and to external laws, regulations and internal audit.
• Diagnosing and resolving incidents, analysing and completing requests
• Critically observing and identifying, opportunities for optimisation, simplification, standardisation and automation of processes, practices and systems.
• Build strong relationships with Service provider Teams
• Participate in monthly customer service reviews
What You'll Bring
• Proven experience in a Payroll Officer or similar role ( 1- 2 years)
• Ideally have experience with SAP and UKG (Kronos) Skills or similar tools
• Strong ability across payroll, finance, HR and reporting
• Reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to Success Factors product suite especially Employee Central and payroll
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant industry or specialist qualifications
