As part of the FMOL Health Brand and Strategy Team, the multimedia production strategist will be instrumental in shaping and executing short-form content strategies and projects, focusing on strategic campaign management while creating visually compelling content that elevates brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities include:
Creating engaging short-form content, including posts, stories, reels, paid display ads, and videos for clients across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, blog and internal communication);
Optimizing multimedia content to align with and leverage the unique capabilities of each distribution outlet in order to maximize engagement and impact.
Editing video content using Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to create a mix of short-form (Reels, Shorts, Stories) and long-form video content to align with marketing goals.
Building off concepts created by our design and creative teams to create additional content that can be used in several channels
Understanding and building content for different audience personas, including consumers, employers and clinical focuses that support personalized and engaging content
Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing; partnering with Digital Team to provide ongoing counsel and reporting related to content performance;
Understanding of keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM);

Qualifications
- 3 years in a marketing or advertising agency setting
- Bachelor's Degree
