This role is responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas, including preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment repairs, along with strong communication skills.

·         Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):  

·                     Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift 

·                     Regular kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting 

·                     Occasional climbing of stairs, ladders, and ramps 

·                     Having to lift moderate weight, up to 50 lbs.
