Compensation
Pay Range: $32,000–$100,000+ annually

Position Responsibilities
Sales Consultants will:
Build strong relationships and create customers for life by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to their needs.
Serve as the vehicle expert by understanding product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, performance reviews, and analysis.
Bring a positive attitude and “A-game” to work each and every day.
Qualifications & Requirements
1 year of sales experience preferred (Automotive, Retail, Insurance, or similar)
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to complete a background check for sales licensing
High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly and approachable personality, especially when handling guest questions or concerns
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (6+ hours)
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally
