- Master's degree in Construction Management; Engineering; Business or Public Administration, or a related field. OR
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a High School Diploma or GED and four (10) years of experience in project management and/or related field will be considered
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
- Minimum of 5-6 of years’ experience in project management, program management, consulting, strategy, or related area
