_{What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):}

_{·         Bachelor’s degree in a technical, safety, or aviation field or equivalent experience.}

_{·         FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate or extensive aircraft maintenance/inspection experience.}

_{·         Strong knowledge of relevant Federal Aviation Regulations, company manuals, maintenance programs, and UA policies.}

_{·         At least 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, engineering, or quality assurance with demonstrated leadership achievements.}

_{·         Proven success working directly with the FAA.}

_{·         Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.}

_{·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company digital platforms.}

_{·         Demonstrated excellence in maintenance surveillance, analysis, and compliance programs.}

_{·         Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.}

_{·         Reliable, punctual attendance and successful completion of interview requirements.}
