What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and coach HVAC Service Supervisors and Technicians
- Hire, train, and develop field team members
- Drive productivity, profitability, and service quality
- Support technicians with customer concerns and service execution
- Ensure three-point customer contact and accurate documentation
- Maintain safety, compliance, and a positive team culture
- Partner across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- HVAC technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP/scheduling systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
