Overview
The US Operations Manager, your role will be accountable for the replenishment of products within the US, ensuring there is minimal stock loss and also ensuring there is constant maintenance of stock levels. The role entails maintaining an accurate record of inventory and utilizing stock management systems to ensure the brand fulfils the required standards.
Your Mission:
Assist in Back of House operations
Ensure regulation of stock levels to comply with inventory parameters
Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times, and reduced stock levels
Collaborate with the production team to ensure manufactured products are of consistent quality
Oversee the functionality of electronic ordering systems and POS systems
Supervise the maintenance of the stockroom and ensure efficient arrangement of stock
Carry out stock management operations in line with set policies and procedures
Utilize specialized programs in maintaining record of store execution performance
Oversee the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time
Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers to enable easier procurement of products
Bal Harbour – stock take management and shrinkage
A point of contact for the US Retail Teams operationally and offering training on tools and spreadsheets
Your Talent:
Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel)
Previous knowledge of JDA and RetailPro would be advantageous
Excellent numeracy and IT skills
English is a requirement. Other language skills would be advantageous.
Previous experience of a similar role where required to prioritize and multi-task various and competing demands
A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels.
Experience using JDA and Retail Pro
Compensation:
$75k Annually + Monthly Retail Management Bonus potential (depending on store performance)
