Our Coalition team is seeking an Account Manager to support the launch and ongoing management of a new program. The Account Manager serves as the internal customer champion to understand and meet customers' expectations by defining, implementing and managing the coalition platform solution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems creatively, and aligning closely with client strategies to deliver exceptional service and results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead and foster the team to ensure our solution produces desired results for our customer.
- Gather, set, and manage expectations, give clear direction, and hold team members accountable for responsibilities and timelines.
- Lead conference calls with the clients and produce detailed documentation throughout the launch and the ongoing program.
- Embrace and lead change to increase program effectiveness and better serve customers.
- Manage all program reporting and promotional budgets for distributors and report back to the client.
- Provide support with invoice processing steps.
- Assist in managing participants questions and resolving issues.
- Travel to customer meetings and events, as necessary (about 10% of time).
Your skills and abilities:
- You are clear, concise, and confident--whether it's via email, in-person, or over the phone.
- You build and maintain strong relationships
- You use proven project management methods to implement the program on time and on budget.
- You lead and inspire account team members to always meet their commitments while maintaining quality.
- You are an active listener and can translate input into action to avoid potential issues and solve problems effectively.
- You are comfortable and confident using technology.
- You handle problems and challenging customer situations in a calm, cool, and professional manner.
Your credentials:
- A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
- 3+ years related business experience in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
Base Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
