The Sales Manager oversees all operations of the Weston office, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure agent success and overall office performance. This role focuses on agent recruitment, development, and retention through hands-on training, coaching, and motivation in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily operations of the Weston office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop real estate agents to meet company growth objectives.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and motivation to agents through regular meetings, coaching sessions, and training classes.
• Conduct in-office training programs to strengthen agent skills in sales, client relations, and compliance.
• Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven office culture.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align office goals with company-wide strategies.
• Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
