Position Overview

.

Summary 

This position is responsible for developing a vision, strategy, and execution plan to guide Accessories (TotalWorx) as a synergistic business at an enterprise level. TotalWorx encompasses supplemental products such as glue, trim, pad, cushion, wall base, and other related marketing services that may be included in installation experiences for both Commercial and Residential sectors. 

Responsibilities 

Provide strategic direction for the Residential TotalWorx teams 

Stay informed about technical, professional, and industry developments relevant to sales and business growth 

Manage product portfolio and profitability for a $350M book of business 

Oversee the establishment and execution of annual and quarterly achievement goals aligned with the company’s business plan 

Build and maintain relationships with key partners (including vendors, communities, and industry trade groups) 

Coordinate training for internal and external partners and support initiatives related to the Installer Experience 

Enhance service delivery speed through improved distribution models and optimize the customer experience via streamlined freight 

Identify opportunities for new solutions based on customer requirements and explore manufacturing transitions to improve profitability 

Determine new go-to-market opportunities to expand business scope and add new revenue streams 

Qualifications 

Minimum 5 years’ product management experience in the hard surface sector 

Experience in team development and leadership 

Ability to lead and coordinate product strategies and cross-functional teams 

Comprehensive understanding of sales management and customer engagement as well as market trend analysis 

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with experience leveraging data for business strategies and customer experience improvements 

Background in budget and resource management to drive accretive growth and earnings quality
