BASIC FUNCTION: The Associate Superintendent shall be under the direct supervision of the Superintendent and will adhere to applicable laws, rules and regulations of the state, county and the school district governing board. The Associate Superintendent shall be familiar and comply with all collective bargaining contracts pertinent to this position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. California Credential authorizing Administrative Service. Minimum five (5) years experience in education and five (5) years of administrative experience. Willingness to update skills and knowledge commensurate with the demands of this position. Demonstrated strong leadership in committee or team organization. Proven experience in educational and community leadership. Valid California Driver License.

plus $1,044 Master's Degree
