We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team in General Management in Gillette, WY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee branch performance and financial metrics to ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan and deliver sustainable profitability.
- Lead Strategic Planning – Develop and execute annual operating, marketing, and sales plans that position the business for growth and competitive advantage.
- Expand Market Presence – Conduct market analysis and build strategic partnerships to capture new business opportunities and strengthen Cummins’ regional footprint.
- Champion Customer Satisfaction – Foster a culture of exceptional service, leveraging programs like Net Promoter Score and Lens of the Customer to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Improve Service Quality – Monitor warranty trends and repair cycle times, implementing process improvements that elevate product reliability and customer experience.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety – Maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards, reinforcing corporate responsibility across all branches.
- Develop High-Performing Teams – Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, creating Individual Development Plans that build leadership capability and engagement.
- Influence Global Strategy – Provide insights from regional operations to inform Cummins’ global business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.
Experience:
- Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
Additional Information:
- Responsibility for the Gillette, Wyoming location with 21 employees and 2 Service Supervisors.
- The Gillette branch is heavily focused on the Industrial Mining Segment supporting several Coal Mines throughout the state.
