We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating Agile methodologies, driving project success, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality products through effective teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth workflow for the development teams.
  • Foster an environment of self-organization and accountability within the teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team members on Agile practices and principles.
  • Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
  • Enhance team communication and collaboration across all levels.
  • Advise on improvements and support the implementation of Agile best practices.
  • Participate in community of practice and share insights on Agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • A passion for promoting a continuous improvement culture.
