The Senior Project Manager oversees the management of all activities associated with the assigned glass/cladding related projects including related shop, plant and site staff, suppliers and subcontractor’s responsibilities. They will engage in high-level communications with client, architect, main contractor, consultants and support staff towards the execution of timely, efficient, cost-effective works. The Senior Project Manager provides oversight and support for the work done by the Project Manager.

- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Support, mentor, and coach Project Managers and Assistant Project
Managers in their daily activities. Manage multiple projects at the same time. - Act as the Project Manager if there is a need or absence.
- Ensure that architect's drawings, calculations and specifications are received on schedule and are confirmed as approved for construction.
- Oversee a working schedule which is satisfactory to the main
contractor/client. Oversee the schedule of the project and ensure the technical department, factory, and site are all keeping up with the most updated version. - Ensure that the quality department prepares all reports on material compliance including testing and certificates (if applicable) and to submit reports of all materials tested and approved by the customer.
- Ensure that all engineering / technical specifications, contract requirements are followed. Oversee project schedules and ensures compliance with contract conditions
- Ensure that all project matters are coordinated, and problems encountered during project proceeding during onsite installation, are addressed and rectified.
- Envisage installation/erection methods and equipment.
- Address, document, and resolve project issues in a timely manner to minimize risk to the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years’ experience in a series of progressive engineering role(s) with demonstrably increasing scope of responsibility, with a solid track record of successfully delivering at least 5 projects and leading people required.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or an Engineering-related degree required
- EIT certification preferred
