Graphic Designer
We’re seeking a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into brand-defining visual experiences across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints. In this role, you’ll own projects from concept through production—developing layouts, logos, digital graphics, and original artwork; collaborating with cross-functional teams; incorporating feedback; and delivering polished, production-ready files that strengthen brand identity across web, social, in-house platforms, and in-person experiences.
Brand & Creative Development
Collaborate with media production, marketing, and brand teams to bring concepts to life across lifestyle, property, and event-based initiatives.
Co-create elevated, dynamic brand identities that tell compelling stories and shape audience perception.
Deliver cohesive, high-impact creative across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Create original artwork for CPG and retail merchandise.
Go-to-Market & Campaign Assets
Develop and produce launch materials—local restaurant marketing assets, brand kits, web graphics, blog content, physical collateral, and press kits—for new properties and hospitality ventures.
Partner with the Creative Director to design engaging social media graphics and digital content that amplify brand presence.
Design and support the development of visually compelling websites and email campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
Create polished business development decks (offering memorandums, brand overviews) for investment, development, and marketing teams.
Concept and refine campaign stories, aesthetics, captions, and visuals.
Support the development and completion of brand decks and work with the Brand team to bring brands fully to life.
Production & Quality Control
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all in-house and third-party creative to ensure consistency and excellence.
Oversee production of marketing and branded materials—print collateral, signage, packaging—ensuring top-tier quality across mediums.
Manage vendor relationships, production timelines, proofs, and end-to-end workflows for all collateral.
Property & On-Site Needs
Partner with property teams to create merchandise, marketing materials, and operational collateral tailored to each location.
Design and produce in-store signage, printed collateral, and digital promotional materials.
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to design and oversee menu creation and printing across multiple concepts, formats, and seasonal updates.
General Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback and delivering high-quality work on deadline.
Support special projects as assigned.
Flexibility to work late nights or weekends when needed; some travel required.
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
Strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
A keen eye for craft, a passion for storytelling, and a track record of developing brands that resonate and endure.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prepare press-ready and developer-ready final files.
