Position Summary: 

Manages the daily operations of the hospital radiology departments, offsite centers and radiology/cardiology PACS system and related organization objectives.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Analyst, Financial position is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions with respect to leasing arrangements, including administration of lease accounting software. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will support the Vice President, Finance in other areas such as cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance and other treasury/finance initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfacto-rily with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

Coordinate with real estate team on a weekly basis regarding new real estate lease activity and/or changes to exist-ing real estate lease agreements.

Coordinate with operations teams and outside vendors regarding new and/or existing equipment lease activity.

Administer accounting and financial reporting updates in the Company’s lease accounting software tool on a monthly basis.

Review and reconcile monthly financial statement balances impacted by new and/or existing lease agreements.

Update cash forecast models on an ad hoc basis, sometimes as frequently as daily. 

Monitor compliance with debt covenants and other financial compliance responsibilities.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Statistical Mathematical Skills -- Ability to work with mathematical and algebraic concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and forecasting. Ability to apply and analyze concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Advanced Computer Skills -- Routine use of electronic mail and computer systems. Ability to incorporate com-plex and complicated functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives. 

Moderate Communication -- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in func-tional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
