The YMCA Early Education & Care program is now hiring Data Analysts!
The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and traveling between multiple EE&C childcare centers to support program staff in accuracy and timely entry of required program data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
The pay for this position is $21.64 per hour. This is a Union position.

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Travel between assigned sites to assist with the input of data in the child plus data system
- Perform data entry tasks with an elevated level of accuracy and speed across multiple content areas including health, dental, screenings (ASQ 3-ASQ-SE 2, ESI3), hearing and vision, attendance etc.).
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval
- Collect and analyze data to support various administrative functions,
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, for data management and reporting
- Works cooperatively with the Site Directors, Family Support Specialist, and program staff to improve data collection, entry and timeliness and streamline workflow.
- Accept leadership and guidance from multiple site directors to support each site's data entry needs across the key assigned content areas.
- Attend required training to remain current and up to date on the data systems and data entry requirements across each content area.
Minimum & Preferred Requirements:
- Associate's degree in business or college course work, preferred; with 2 years of clerical or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, or related software; ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Experience in data entry, clerical work, or an administrative role is preferred
- Ability to keep detailed, accurate and complete records and documentation as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively
- Excellent organization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with multiple individuals across programs in a fast-paced work environment
