The Seller Compliance team ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards by third-party sellers. This team monitors controls and seller activities, enforces compliance policies, and collaborates across departments to mitigate risks and protect customers. Leveraging data-driven insights and strategic partnerships, the team upholds marketplace integrity through transparency and trust. Team members actively contribute to continuous improvement and compliance risk management, supporting Walmart’s commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory adherence while promoting accountability and operational excellence throughout the organization.- Manage compliance inquiries, ensuring consistent application of policies within the area of responsibility.
- Monitor and analyze laws, regulations, and policies to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective strategies.
- Develop, update, and communicate policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead policy implementation for specific seller compliance areas.
- Oversee data management and analysis of high-risk indicators.
- Identify and report compliance concerns through data analysis and communicate findings to senior management.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to support compliance initiatives and continuous improvement.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30010: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
