Description

The Research Analyst is responsible for designing, conducting, and interpreting research studies that inform strategic decision-making, organizational planning, and performance improvement. This role integrates quantitative and qualitative methods to deliver insights that enhance customer experience, employee engagement, and overall operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include developing research and analysis plans, securing stakeholder approval, and designing data collection tools, such as questionnaires and moderator guides, to ensure the capture of relevant and accurate data. The Research Analyst conducts in-depth data analyses using both traditional and advanced methodologies, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable recommendations that are presented through comprehensive reports and presentations.

The role also oversees the work of research contractors, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, methodological rigor, and established deadlines. Additionally, the Research Analyst tracks industry trends, monitors key performance indicators, and reviews trade publications to identify emerging opportunities and benchmarks. The position supports organization-wide measurement of customer and employee satisfaction, contributing to programs that drive service excellence and organizational improvement.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to methodological accuracy, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that support evidence-based decisions. 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Two (2) years of experience in market research and/or analysis, translating research concepts into strategic directions, working with qualitative research, and experience analyzing quantitative datasets.
