We’re looking for a Millwright/ Centrifuge Technician to support our growing operations in Leduc, as a skilled tradesperson who can troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical equipment to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.  In this role, you’ll help keep our values alive — ensuring that as we scale, we continue to lead with care,

 

What You’ll Do

  • Perform equipment servicing to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Complete repairs and preventative maintenance in line with servicing requirements on Centrifuge, Dredges and Pumps.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints to assemble components.
  • Accurately document work orders, including time, parts, and repair details.
  • Repair, overhaul, and maintain equipment components to meet safety and performance standards.
  • Enforce health and safety standards, reporting hazards and ensuring safe work practices.


Who You Are

  • Journeyman Millwright with 2+ years experience
  • Must have experience working with machinery such as Centrifuge, Dredge and Pumps.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
  • Must have exceptional verbal communication skills, able to give and receive verbal information and direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 55 lbs, confined spaces, heights, extended standing).
