The National Broker Relationship Manager role at CGU is responsible for managing strategic relationships with one of CGU’s Top 5 brokers and their branches. You’ll be managing one of CGU’s strategic partners at a national level, working closely with their executive team, C-suite and senior managers around the country. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll shape growth strategies, drive profitable outcomes, and ensure alignment across broker partnerships. You’ll also influence operational performance, leverage digital innovation, and collaborate across CGU and IIA to enhance broker experience and Net Promoter Scores. This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll Do
• Develop and deliver strategies for growth, retention and profitability across major broker partnerships nationally
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and C-suite leaders
• Lead and motivate a team of Broker Relationship Partners to achieve shared goals
• Negotiate and implement business plans and partnership agreements with top brokers
• Drive operational improvements and leverage digital innovation to enhance efficiency
What You'll Bring

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of insurance financials
• Strong Data Analytical Skills
• Ability to define and deliver strategic plans with measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of underwriting principles and distribution processes
• Leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
