JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Operational Service Manager, your primary objective will be to execute the Service Operations Strategy leading our technical team (around 130 team members), in close coordination with the other Operational Service Manager. The goal is to ensure end-customer satisfaction through strong collaboration with the sales team and support functions.
Collaboration and teamwork with other business lines and the Sales Manager are essential and non-negotiable for success in this role.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities – Operations Manager
- Strategy implementation
Implement the service Operational strategy provided by our headquarters and Service Division Management
- Budget Management
Develop, manage, and control service contract budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with business goals. - Operational Support
Provide continuous support to operations leaders, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth execution across all service areas. - Inventory Control
Oversee inventory levels and processes to ensure availability, accuracy, and cost-efficiency. - Efficiency & Team Engagement
Continuously seek operational efficiencies and maintain a motivated, customer-focused team committed to delivering excellence. - Leadership & Problem Solving
Foster a strong leadership environment and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize impact. - Policy & Procedure Implementation
Establish, implement, and update workplace rules and procedures to ensure consistent adherence and effective execution across all teams. - Sales Handover Participation
Actively participate in the handover process of service product sales with the commercial team to ensure proper implementation of sold solutions and contracts. Post sales support direct communication with our customers. - Project Support
Support the project team in the installation and commissioning of customized solutions for clients. - Operational Readiness
Ensure that operational teams have the necessary tools and equipment to perform optimally and safe. - Service Contract KPIs
Implement performance indicators across service contracts and ensure accurate tracking and posting of hours in the internal system. - Training & Development
Develop and guarantee the execution of training plans for operational teams, aligned with market needs and service excellence.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams with strong Leadership
- Results oriented person with high self-organization
- Analytic mindset to solve technical issues
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience managing any CRM operational system.
- Willingness to travel (50% of his time)
- Knowledge of Atlas Copco Tools is high desired.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

JOB LOCATION:
