Creating a sustainable Process & Strategies related to material planning and inventory control. What You Will DoMake daily analysis of inventory levels to avoid any shortages components. Make analysis to releases week by week to detect demand variations. Make weekly planning orders to supplier base according the current customer demand. Identify and implement improvements to reduce obsolescence risk. Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency of labor. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels. Assure high level of data and transactional integrity in the ERP system in order to achieve high levels of inventory accuracy. Oversee all production materials planning cycles and transactions in order to achieve appropriate levels of inventory. Minimize freight and premium freight services through the proper planning processes. Implement lean manufacturing techniques as related to material handling and control. Support product changes and inventory levels to assure minimal obsolescence. And other activities assigned by Sr. Materials Planner. Bonus Points if You HaveIntegrity. Innovation. Inclusion. Engineering, International Business, Finance or Administration Degree. 1-3 years of related experience. GG8 3-5 years of related experience. GG9 >6 years of releated experience. GG10 Experience in the automotive industry preferably. Experience with customer relationship. Knowledge on inventory tasks (cycle count, audits, customer service) Ability to work under stressful conditions. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
