Process Excellence Manager 

Purpose:

The Delivery and Customer Excellence Pool drives stabilization, harmonization, optimization and innovation of delivery and customer-centric processes from start to finish. Its goal is to
facilitate the creation of an outstanding experience for customers, partners, and stakeholders while attaining top-tier performance in the industry.
Process Excellence professionals focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness by actively engaging in process communities, resolving complex issues, and promoting best practices. They empower diverse teams to simplify workflows, co-create customer-centric solutions, and continuously improve processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability that drives meaningful results.

Scope:

Key Tasks:
- Lead process communities and/or projects or workstreams in large projects
- Define standards, global SOPs, reviews and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with external laws and regulations
- Engage stakeholders in defining of aspirational outcomes, performance metrics and process roadmaps
- Encourage teams to co-create customer-centric and simple processes
- Lead design & integration of new technical solutions (e.g. automation)
- Develop state-of-the-art knowledge and capabilities within the organisation

Skills & Qualifications:
- University Bachelor’s degree in a business or scientific field, preferably Master's, combined with significant work experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chains and business accumen
- Significant experience and proven ability to improve supply chain processes and / or enabling IT systems, experience with automation is a Plus
- Advanced understanding and practical experience in leading medium projects and applying Business Process Management methodologies
- Proven ability to adapt to quickly changing businees & stakeholder needs, and ability to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds, as well as the ability to influence others and lead change
- Demonstration of DSO and first VACC behaviors, esp. entrepreneurial mindset & ownership
- Fluent in English, German and Spanish is a Plus
