CSA Package Owner en PM Group

PM Group are seeking an experienced and talented CSA Package Owner to lead the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a high-profile Mission Critical Data Center construction project in the Frankfurt, Germany region. 

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience in managing CSA disciplines in the execution of large-scale Mission Critical / Data Center construction projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with stringent industry requirements and German regulatory standards.

• Your role

  • Lead multidisciplinary CSA teams including architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers
  • Support client starting from tender process with the General Contractor (GC) and Long Lead Items (LLI) and manage GC throughout the project
  • Review and monitor detailed design from the GC and ensure that client requirements and building permit design are met
  • Scope review on submitted tenders from GC and vendors until contract completion
  • Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and local authorities
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks across CSA disciplines
  • Manage CSA budget allocation and cost control measures
  • Deliver CSA milestones in line with overall project timeline
    
    

• Your profile

  • Minimum 10+ years in senior CSA roles on major Mission Critical/Data Center construction projects
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
  • Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and planning requirements
  • Experience with Design & Build or EPCM project delivery models advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and B2+ level in German of advantage
