• Durée : 4 mois (minimum)

En tant que stagiaire en gestion de projet votre rôle principal sera de gérer et supporter différents projets liés aux montées en cadence et à la réduction des coûts des lignes d’assemblage finales de Mirabel (CAN) et Mobile (USA). L’équipe Industrialisation FAL est responsable de définir la stratégie industrielle des FALs A220 et de déployer les projets d’amélioration identifiés comme critiques.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, de support à la production, de génie industriel, d’outillage, d’aménagement et d’achats.

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

• Gérer des projets ou contribuer à leur avancement;

• Coordonner les différentes fonctions dans le cadre d’un projet multidisciplinaire;

• Participer au développement des processus, outils et méthodologies de l'équipe;

• Effectuer des analyses supportant le développement de la stratégie industrielle;

• Supporter l'équipe dans la gestion du portfolio de projets;

• Interagir avec l'ensemble des départements d'une ligne d'assemblage final;

• Valider les besoins des clients et participer à la recherche de nouvelles idées de projet.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion de projets;

• Travail d'équipe;

• Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problème;

• Élaboration de stratégies;

• Capacité de communiquer et de présenter des notions complexes.

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées

• Vous terminez actuellement un baccalauréat en génie mécanique, industriel ou aérospatial dans une université reconnue;

• Vous êtes organisé et avez de bonnes capacités analytiques;

• Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour la gestion de projets et/ou pour l’industrialisation

As a Project Management Intern, your primary role will be to manage and support different projects related to production ramp-ups and recurring costs reduction of both final assembly lines in Mirabel (CAN) and Mobile (USA). The FAL Industrialization Team is responsible of defining the industrial strategy of both A220 FALs as well as implementing critical improvement projects.

You will be working closely with production and production support teams, industrial engineering, layout team, tooling department and procurement team.
