As our HR/Fork Truck Driver based in our StarTrack Perth Airport Bulk team, you’ll be the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that! This permanent full time role works Monday to Friday, offering a great life balance and paid weekly, includes an hourly rate of $34.69/hr plus OT rates, 12% super on top and a $50/week district allowance attached. You’ll beSafely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility (mix of forklift and manual handling). Completing your own daily vehicle safety check. Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups. Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups.About you You’re a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. You’re passionate about making a difference in the community. You’ll also need to Hold a HR vehicle license (unrestricted essential) and forklift licence with experience. Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck with a lifting capacity of 30kg. Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility. Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills. Meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less.Be prepared to undertake a HR driving assessment, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and nationally coordinated criminal history checks.
