We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager – International to spearhead our expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and the South Pacific. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our international snacking portfolio and build partnerships that unlock new markets.

What Your Days Look Like
- Drive strategic sales growth across Asia, the Middle East, and South Pacific markets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team across China, Japan, and Malaysia.
- Define and communicate a clear international growth strategy aligned with TAG’s objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with major retailers and distributors to expand market reach.
- Own demand forecasting and deliver a three-year growth roadmap through Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Collaborate with the Growth team to execute initiatives that accelerate international sales.
Ingredients for Success
- 12–15 years’ experience in business development and sales leadership across Asia.
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and secure strategic partnerships.
- Strong track record with global retail leaders such as Sam’s Club China, Aeon Group, and 7-Eleven.
- Expertise in customer and distributor relationship management across diverse geographies.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering profitable growth.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on execution.
