Description

The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support the Authority's workforce needs. This position actively leads and participates in large-scale sourcing and recruitment events, representing the organization as an Employer of Choice and ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience.


Core responsibilities include proactively sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels and conducting initial screening interviews to assess their availability, interest, visa status, salary expectations, relocation preferences, and alignment with job qualifications. The specialist collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, support diversity and inclusion goals, and ensure timely and effective staffing solutions.


This role demands strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns simultaneously while promoting the Authority's brand and values to prospective talent. 

Requirements


Education/ Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications,Marketing or Human Resources.

Four (4) years of high volume sourcing for multiple disciplines.
