Unit Summary 
Oversees daily departmental operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, supports strategic planning through goal-setting, and manages staff relations including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Handle budgeting, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, and procurement, while fostering a professional growth environment and maintaining focus on the department’s role in patient care. The role involves working with sensitive information, adhering to healthcare regulations like HIPAA, and serving both internal and external stakeholders. Supervisory duties include planning and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards, and administering corrective actions.

Qualifications and requirements
