1.    History of progressively more complex and in-depth experience with proven results in MEP including:

a.    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field. 

b.    Senior Manager level requires 8+ years of MEP and commercial construction experience including 5+ years of design or project management experience.  

c.     Proficiency with Microsoft Office

2.    Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.

3.    Collaborative leadership style with the ability to identify talent, create and develop teams, and build trust and engagement.

4.    Capability to identify and capitalize on opportunities quickly; ability to maintain effective balance between strategic and tactical priorities.

5.    Experience in driving accountability for financial and operational effectiveness, integrating and aligning efforts across department, monitoring results and tackling problems directly.

6.    Ability to cultivate and grow lasting business relationships both internally and externally; able to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues to a variety of audiences and have a proven track record of developing new business through an established network of relationships in the industry.

7.    Ability to drive to the core of complex issues and provide insightful and constructive feedback.

8.  Must be able to work for any US employer without current or future visa sponsorship.

 

Compensation 
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
