Salary Range:    $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly

About Big SNOW:

Big SNOW is the North America’s first and only real snow, indoor, year-round ski and snowboard resort.   We share our passion of sliding on snow with our guests.  

How the Snow Ambassador works with the Team:

 Introduce skiing or snowboarding to adults and children who are eager to learn the enjoyment of snow sports.  Instructors create a fun and safe learning environment ensuring the guest has a memorable experience.

Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Teach adults and children, of varying abilities, lessons through our Terrain Based Learning program and Camp BIG kids camp.
  • Helping the guests through learning experience and assisting with any questions.
  • Serves as an ambassador for the facility by being knowledgeable on Big SNOW and products.
  • Assist other trails as needed.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications


  • Must be a proficient skier/snowboarder
  • Must have own equipment and a helmet
  • A passion for the sport and a desire to teach others
  • Must be able to work cold conditions (constant 28 degrees)
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Teaching or coaching experience preferred but not required
  • Good communication skills
  • Can work weekends and/or Holidays/  midweek afternoons
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
