Residential Manager – The Grove
Full-Time | Exempt | Winter Springs, FL
Starting Pay - $1,923.08 bi-weekly or 50K annually. More for relative experience and education above what is required.
No two days are the same at The Grove! The Grove provides 24/7 residential treatment for adolescents navigating substance misuse challenges. The Residential Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the safety, supervision, and success of individuals served at The Grove. This position directly supervises our amazing team of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and works closely with clinical and operational staff to maintain a positive, trauma-informed program environment. What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and support a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
- Maintain a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment where every youth feels safe and supported.
- Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and ensure program coverage.
- De-escalate and manage crisis situations with calm professionalism.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and community partners to coordinate care and services.
- Conduct regular facility and vehicle inspections to keep our space safe and compliant.
- Support team members through coaching, evaluations, and professional development.
- Model ethical conduct, leadership, and accountability in everything you do.
- And yes—you’ll need the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be on-call to support the team when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in behavioral health, residential, or substance misuse programs.
- BHT Certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass Level II background screening and drug test.
