We’re seeking a strategic and experienced **Commercial Service Manager** to lead our service department and drive operational excellence.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Manage and grow relationships with commercial and fleet clients
- Develop service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Lead, train, and support service staff
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand service capabilities
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of automotive service management experience, ideally in a commercial/fleet setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive results and manage budgets
