JANSON - Senior Communications Strategist en JANSON

JANSON has an opening for a full-time Senior Communications Strategist to provide senior-level communications consulting and expertise in support of communication planning, execution, and assessment. This is a hybrid position working on our client site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia one day a week and from your home office 4 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clearance Not Required
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in integrated marketing communications (strategic communications and planning)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop plans and initiatives, evaluating a comprehensive, annual organizational communication plan and implementation strategy.
• Plans, develops, and implements research, audit, and analysis to ascertain perceptions, attitudes, and expectations of audiences.
• Identifies and uses market research techniques that include but are not limited to the development and use of appropriate survey instruments, focus groups, and statistical analysis of results to assist in reaching target population and utilizing best practices.
• Implements communication objectives and monitors and evaluates effectiveness of implementation strategies.
• Develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives in support of an organization mission or for specific campaigns, covering the entire life cycle of a project.
• Employs creative thinking to formulate goals and objectives and integrates them into a cohesive project implementation approach to satisfy customer mission requirements.
• Plans and executes informational and promotional campaigns and disseminates information on projects and special programs, orally and in writing. and deficiencies, outstanding accomplishments, and reasons for deviations from plans.
