About the Role
We're looking for our first marketing hire to own full-funnel growth. We have a product that members love, strong early traction, and a waitlist we can’t keep up with. Now we’re looking for someone to build the engine that scales what's working.
This role is made for an experienced growth and product marketer who's excited to get involved (again) at the earliest stages and build from scratch - experimenting with top-of-funnel channels, optimizing our onboarding & activation flows, and building the systems that will drive performance.
Core Responsibilities
Define growth strategy. Understand our member journey, conversion funnel, and unit economics to guide our approach to acquisition and retention. You'll help us answer: which channels should we prioritize, and how do we know what's working?
Rapid experimentation. Design and run disciplined tests across top-of-funnel channels – referrals, BD partnerships, community, targeted paid, and organic content. Build lean frameworks to measure success and kill what doesn't work quickly.
Scale what works. Roll up your sleeves and build the repeatable systems, processes, and campaigns that will drive sustainable growth. This includes building our marketing ops, tech stack, and initial automation.
Be an amazing storyteller. We believe in the power of writing to communicate our vision, value, and product. You should be able to shape our brand voice and guide consistent content creation.
Analytics & reporting. Define the metrics that matter, build dashboards, and report on what's working. Make data-driven recommendations on where to invest time and budget.
About You
You're a growth marketer first, with strong product marketing skills:
7-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer subscription brands going from early scale to growth stage ($1M to $20M ARR)
You've personally built 2-3 acquisition channels from zero to meaningful traction and can speak fluently about CAC, LTV, and payback periods
You understand how awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention work together – and can prioritize ruthlessly based on what matters most right now
You can build and you can scale – you'll run experiments yourself (writing copy, setting up landing pages, pulling reports), leverage the best modern tools & AI to move fast, then build systems that scale the right efforts

High standards: We're obsessed with quality, and you should be too. You write well, have good taste, and can articulate positioning that resonates with our target audience across channels (email, ads, landers).
Ownership + ambiguity: You thrive without a playbook and can figure out what to test and how to measure it
Early-stage experience: You've done this before at a startup and are excited to do it again. You thrive on moving fast and pouring your heart into building something meaningful from the ground floor
Empathy for homeowners: Past experience in real estate/proptech isn’t required, but you must understand how to build in this heavily trust-driven consumer category
