Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our caring team!
You’ll provide professional, compassionate care to patients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
✅ Provide personal care and companionship
✅ Maintain accurate visit documentation and submit promptly
✅ Communicate effectively with the nursing and care team
✅ Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

🎓 Qualifications

✔ Current CHHA Certification (required)
✔ COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Physical and TB test (within the past 12 months)
