What will you be doing?
Execution of HCM Service Delivery
Deliver, support, and maintain HCM initiatives, including the implementation of the HR Projects
First point of contact to our HR stakeholders and customer base for HCM queries
Provide support to our customer base on all core Workday processes
Caseload management, responding to HCM queries within agreed SLAs and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function
Escalate tasks to the Global Product Owner as appropriate
Take initiative and resolve cases to full completion
Produce relevant paperwork in line with agreed processes and timelines
Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles
Requirements gathering according to Workday Implementation best practices.
Process Improvements, Projects & Metrics
Adhere to agreed timelines for project deliverables
UAT Project coordination and resolution
Adherence to metrics and work within agreed Service Level Agreements
Minimal error rates and dissatisfied customers
Involvement in projects as required
What will you need to be successful?
- Solid functional knowledge of Workday HCM, including data structure and security
- Experience supporting global HR teams and projects
- Strong understanding of HR technology vendors and implementation best practices
- Ability to manage workload effectively and drive service improvements
