THE WORK
We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support multiple program areas in Owego. In this position the successful candidate will:
Coordinate, track, and expedite domestic and international POs and shipments to multiple customer contracts and locations.
Maintain records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
Maintains various Integrated Logistics Support Data System records. Ensure the timely and accurate documentation of all part movements.
Familiarity with accessing and using online data management tools
Detail oriented and ability to review/improve existing process
Perform cycle counts as needed and participate in annual inventory submittals to customer.

Basic Qualifications
Experience managing inventory
Ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations
Experience with warehouse supply chain logistics support
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Desired skills
• Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau, and Outlook
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions affecting hi-priority needs from the customer
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Organized, self-starter requiring minimal supervision
• Strong experience working in coordination with external customers
• Experience managing Government equipment

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
