JOB DETAILS:

SUMMARY:

Provide outstanding customer service while assisting guests and support the daily Parking Lot operations with setting up and breakdown of parking lot signage, guiding parking flow and control measures, and monitoring the access to restricted parking areas.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, supervisors, and coworkers.
  • Provide knowledgeable support regarding Bridger Bowl products, services, and experiences.
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns or escalate to Managers as needed.
  • Support the Parking Coordinator with the supervision of the parking lots including:
    • Informing guests of designated parking areas and direct improperly parked vehicles to designated areas.
    • Setting up and break down parking lot signage and barriers to direct traffic. 
    • Restricting parking access to permitted vehicles in Lot A, redirecting vehicles that do not meet the requirements.
  • Enforce Bridger Bowl Parking Policies in a courteous, safe, and prudent manner.
  • Remove litter in parking lots as needed.
  • Maintain parking lot signage. 

SECONDARY JOB DUTIES:

  • Support the parking lot shuttle drivers and their operations duties.
  • Perform effective pre-operational checks on equipment and vehicles. 
  • Drive pickup truck and/or side x side as needed.

SUPERVISION:

  • Supervision Given:  This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
  • Supervision Received:  Works under the supervision of the Facilities Parking Coordinator.  Receive assignments as directed, with clear expectations, available guidance, and periodic performance reviews as needed or during check-ins.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS, AND ADDITIONAL INFO:


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:  

  • Outdoor:  Work regularly in wet, cold, rapidly changing weather conditions, requiring protective apparel and equipment to prevent exposure.
    • May need to walk on slippery or uneven surfaces. 
    • Operates trucks and company vehicles to ensure the best practices for operating motor vehicles safely.
  • Exposure: 
    • May encounter fluids, agents, and chemicals using normal, routine, and protective equipment.
    • Requires driving in constantly changing winter weather, including very bright sunlight or low light conditions.
    • Works near other employees and guests throughout the shift.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: 

  • Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, bend, lift and/or remain standing for extended periods of time. 
  • May require moving items that weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Fast-paced, high-demand environment during peak periods requiring alertness, quick decision-making, and efficiency to maintain safety.
  • Requires the ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, communicate effectively with coworkers and visitors, handle stressful situations and upset customers, and completing tasks independently and efficiently.
