YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Commercial Operations Analyst plays pivotal role within the Commercial Operations team creating a consistent view on business performance and generating insight for commercial teams.

While supporting the Senior Commercial Operations Analyst, the aim is to deliver simplification, consistency, and standardisation that enables the UK and its frontline teams to operate more effectively.

This role can be at the forefront of designing and implementing a multi-market “Bacardi Way” strategy across Europe.

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:

Key Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Commercial Operations team, you are responsible for owning and managing CRM systems and commercial planning tools (Anaplan, Salesforce).
  • Ensure system integrity by proactively identifying issues and working with Sales and Technology teams to resolve them swiftly.
  • Maintain and run weekly and monthly reports, continuously seeking opportunities to improve and enhance them.
  • Support and deliver system-related market requests in line with SLAs (CPI & Picture of Success).
  • Resolve issues and requests received via the shared Commercial Operations inbox.
  • Extract, clean, and analyse data from internal systems to support commercial decision-making.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to help commercial teams drive growth and efficiency.
  • Monitor commercial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimise workflows.
  • Proactively identify gaps in data, reporting, and processes, suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay curious and challenge assumptions, bringing fresh perspectives to enhance commercial strategies.

SKILLS

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Strong analytical background with proven experience in commercial or sales operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build influence across markets and functions.
  • An ability to deliver ‘data storytelling’, to shape and deliver clear, impactful reports.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams, translating analysis into clear recommendations.
  • A strategic, ‘what if’ mindset.
  • Advanced Excel, PBI and experience with CRM, ERP, or sales tools is a plus.
  • English fluency required, other European languages a plus.
