Position Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst II- Service & Item Master (P2)

 ROLE

The Business Analyst works with managers nationwide and across all lines of business to create and maintain the Schedule of Value (SOV), Statement of Work (SOW), and Item Master records used to bid and award materials as well as engineering and construction service contracts.  The Business Analyst will focus on creating and implementing item master records and SOVs to minimize costs, help realize cost reduction and to standardize bids and contracts.  The Business Analyst will also assist with process improvement projects across all lines of business as well as help manage the creation and edit of cost catalogs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes to ensure standardization, consistency, and correct cost accounting across all lines of business.
  • Manage the National Schedules of Value (SOV) and Statements of Work (SOW) processes and documentation for all lines of business.
  • Optimize SOV processes and formats to support Supply Chain strategic initiatives, including volume discount negotiations and reducing Services spend.
  • Manage change requests for all SOVs and SOWs nationally, including cross-functional discussions and approvals.
  • Ensure alignment of new SOV and SOWs with Job Costing and Accounting and track updates until implemented to ensure completion.
  • Create, maintain, and remove Item Master numbers within the two ERP systems.
  • Integrate and align processes and documents across all lines of business to gain additional volume discount opportunities and improved financial spend reporting.
  • Edit and maintain cost catalog requests.
  • Assist with execution of Supply Chain projects to deliver company goals.

Expectations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain trusting relationships
  • Strong understanding of Small Cell, Fiber, and/or Tower businesses
  • Understanding of the data sets that can be pulled from the system for reporting purposes
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and manage resources accordingly
  • Experience with executing process improvement projects and project management
  • Understanding of JD Edwards and Oracle
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong customer service skills

 


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related quantitative discipline (BA/BS) Required

 

Experience Qualifications

    • 0-2 years of experience in services management, construction management, project management or similar.
    • Experience with JD Edwards and Oracle ERP systems

 

Where You Will Work

Hybrid: This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Monday and Friday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $69600 - $95700 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
