Salary Range:    $17.00 - $21.64 Hourly

Description

Crisis Service Provider

Location: Dodge City

Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions available - There is a $1/hour shift differential for the night shift, $.50/hour for evening shift is provided along with a $.50/hour weekend differential, for any weekend worked during all shifts added to the base wage.
 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:         

  • Provide crisis stabilization & observation
    • Conduct daily recovery-based activities
    • Provide routine check-ins with individuals, leaving no one unattended
    • Teach daily living skills
    • Assist individuals in connecting with community resources
    • Provide transportation as needed
  • Documentation
    • Complete all required paperwork for billing and audit needs
    • Maintain a written record of individuals’ progress same day of service
  • Communication
    • Identify problematic trends and aid in problem solving
    • Build relationships with all departments to aid in communication flow—focus on Compass as a whole

Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Age 18+ years old and have High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, responsible, flexible
  • Ability to interact with and respond appropriately to emergency situations
     

    CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:  Will obtain all required training required by the State of Kansas, CPR and First Aid, CPI and will attend any other training and certifications directly related to this position.
