Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Formulate and implement the company’s response to unemployment claims and coordinate any appeals and hearings with unemployment office and District Manager.
• Maintain and produce reports on unemployment data as requested.
• Communicate annual review information and notification to managers. Work with Human Resources co-workers to ensure annual performance review process is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Provide salary, level, title, etc. information to managers as needed. Maintain performance review documentation in employee files. Add annual review scores into HRIS system.
• Provide policy interpretation to employees and managers.
• Maintain training records in HRIS.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of personnel files for all employees, including paper and electronic files in the Company’s HRIS.
• Ensure maintenance and confidentiality of employment information; provide employment verification as required.
• Maintain and produce reports on data for all major areas of recruitment and retention.
• Coordinate with field administration to reconcile field management alignment versus what is reported in the HRIS system.
• Help HR Recruiter/Coordinator in onboarding activities for all newly hired field management (completing offer letters, background checks, new hire packets, etc.)
• Verify newly hired field management work status using E-Verify.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Experience: Strong communication skills (written and oral). Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, multi-task and provide exceptional customer service. Must have excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and employee database systems; previous experience using Great Plains software a plus.
Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
