We’re looking for a Dental Laboratory Coordinator who shares these values — someone organized, detail-oriented, and personable, who will ensure our in-house lab operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting both our Lab Managers and technicians in delivering top-notch work.
What You’ll Do

Track, record, and organize dental cases as they move through the lab

Coordinate case schedules and communicate updates to Lab Managers and technicians

Assist Lab Managers with case errors, data entry, and questions

Handle laboratory phone calls, providing professional and helpful support to customers

Prepare cases for delivery and shipping, coordinating pickups and deliveries

Order supplies and maintain lab inventory following company protocols

Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence

Your Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional education or dental-related experience a plus

Familiarity with dental terminology; prior dental lab experience helpful but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficient with basic computer applications and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
