Aramsco is seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.$70,000-$80,000
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and execute effective territory management and sales plans to achieve targets.
Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to coordinate sales opportunities and customer solutions.
Present and promote products, utilizing samples and demonstrations to support sales efforts.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
Work closely with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Participate in marketing promotions, events, and other initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.
Adhere to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and performance standards.
Qualifications/ Skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in restoration, janitorial, or commercial cleaning products.
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet tools.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
