About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Technology Risk and Assurance Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver our technology risk and assurance programme, supporting control compliance, risk management, and business continuity across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
Control Management
- Partner with business units to understand control requirements and objectives
- Apply IT risk and control management concepts to real-world business and technology scenarios
- Maintain strong knowledge of company policies, standards, and controls
- Lead collaborative efforts to resolve control-related issues and audit findings
- Identify and address control gaps, policy breaches, and improvement opportunities
- Configure and enhance controls within ServiceNow, including dashboards and workflows
Control Assurance
- Support control owners in evaluating control effectiveness
- Validate risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs) using our testing model
- Develop and refine control testing plans to meet internal standards and external frameworks
- Explore automation opportunities for assessment activities
- Monitor and report on compliance across control frameworks
Documentation Management
- Collect and analyse documentation to support assessments and audits
- Ensure control procedure documents are up-to-date and accessible
- Maintain our assurance documentation repository and risk management system (Venture)
- Provide insights into the Operations division’s risk profile
Business Continuity
- Offer expert guidance on business continuity planning and execution
- Support global continuity initiatives and facilitate staff exercises
- Manage the Company’s business continuity programme using dedicated tools
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide cover for the Cyber Security Assurance Manager when needed
- Represent the Business Information Security Officer in relevant meetings
- Coordinate evidence collection for internal and external audits
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant A-levels or equivalent experience
- Certification in a governance framework (e.g., CISMP, PCiRM)
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and tools
- Analytical experience, ideally in financial or professional services
- Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
- Familiarity with business continuity frameworks
- Broad knowledge of ICT systems and operational processes
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills
- Proficiency in documentation and data analysis
