Experience the excitement of agility to shape the future of beauty; where diversity and purpose come together to create meaningful impact. A DAY IN THE LIFE – OFF INVOICEAs an Off Invoice Pricing Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the creation, ongoing maintenance, and precise settlement of various financial customer discounts through the NEO CCS (Condition Contract Settlement) Module. This includes managing Growth Incentives, Off-Invoice Promotional Discounts, and OCA, ensuring their accurate execution.Your role will encompass essential pre-closing tasks within the NEO system such as CCS validations, posting accruals to the P&L, and generating credit notes. You’ll then shift your focus to post-closing activities with meticulous reporting and analysis of key performance indicatorsBeyond CCS, you will actively engage in internal control activities such as process audits and KPI monitoring. Additionally, you will be responsible for balance sheet reporting, collaborating closely with divisional finance teams to ensure the effective monitoring and management of aging balances.A DAY IN THE LIFE – ON INVOICEAs an On Invoice Pricing Manager, you will have full responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and meticulous updating of List Prices*. This will cover existing product prices, adapting to annual reviews and ad hoc rate changes as well as launch pricing.A crucial part of your role also includes the creation and upkeep of on-invoice structural discounts (for defensive strategies) and promotional discounts (to drive shopper investment) within the NEO System.Beyond setting prices, you'll actively engage in reducing pricing disputes by collaborating with the customer care and commercial teams to swiftly resolve issues. Throughout all these tasks, you'll proactively monitor key performance indicators like pricing disputes and lead times.
