The individual will oversee NEN-related offerings, Network Enterprise Tool (NET) operations, and coordination CLIN requirements to ensure accurate and timely processing. This role supports enterprise network operations and lifecycle management, requiring a strong understanding of DoD and Navy network provisioning processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support NEN programming and configuration activities in alignment with enterprise network policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Network Enterprise Tool (NET) for tracking, configuring, and maintaining NEN infrastructure and service requests.
- Coordinate and oversee CLIN offerings, ensuring accurate identification, processing, and fulfillment of requirements.
- Support NEN ordering activities, validating requests, documentation, and implementation schedules.
- Collaborate with network operations and engineering teams to maintain and optimize network enterprise services.
- Review and update NEN configuration documentation and ensure alignment with established standards.
- Monitor network provisioning activities and report progress, issues, and performance metrics to management.
- Identify process improvements in NEN ordering, programming, and documentation workflows.
- Provide technical input for NEN policy updates and assist with enterprise-level network service coordination.
- Ensure all NEN-related activities comply with DoD and U.S. Navy network security and configuration guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Six (6) years of professional experience related to Network Enterprise Network (NEN) programming, management, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar discipline is highly desired.
- Experience working with Network Enterprise Tool (NET) and managing NEN-related requests and data.
- Familiarity with CLIN offerings and NEN ordering processes within DoD or Navy environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, provisioning, and support operations.
- Proficiency in network administration principles and system documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams.
